Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a 4+ year attorney to join the business litigation group of this regional law firm's Fort Worth office. The associate should have commercial litigation as well as fiduciary litigation experience and this role works with clients that are needing trust and fiduciary litigation. Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on commercial and fiduciary litigation matter matters. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as pleadings and briefs. 3. Represent the organization in court and other legal proceedings. 4. Conduct thorough research and analysis on various legal issues pertaining to business litigation. 5. Develop strategies to manage and mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 6. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective and efficient legal services. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends in business litigation. 8. Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys and other legal staff. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. 2. Active membership of the state bar of Texas. 3. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business litigation. 4.
