May be responsible for interacting with external third parties: State & Federal regulatory agencies law firms consultants. Acts as a liaison on assigned projects and/or issues. Perform research on laws regulations historical information and Calpine policies. Run reports to analyze data and report variances to senior management. Gather organize and evaluate legal documentation. Ability to interpret and locate legal descriptions. May prepare draft land or access agreements leases easements rights-of-way bills of sale photo use agreements.
