Join us and you can build something better for yourself for our customers and for the world.Position Responsibilities:Primary focal for Operating Rhythm and Management Information System (MIS) Manage projects and strategic initiativesAssists in the development and integration of programs plans strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work cost imperatives deployment analysis and impact mitigationProvides frequent clear and concise communication to leadership within and external to the Business Operations organizationsSupports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goalsCoordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategiesProvides implementation direction for work authorizationFacilitation and primary focal for business unit management meetings Manage business SharePoint sites and file sharesBasic Qualifications:3 years of combined education and Business Operations experience3 years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools1 years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership1 years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules mitigate risk and/or manage through1 years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadersPreferred Qualifications:3 years of experience in a leadership role leading teams or projects to successful completion3 years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Project)3 years of experience with program/project oversight & metrics reportingPrior experience with Directives and Works Statement AuthorizationExperience developing and integrating strategic projects plans and initiatives to meet business goalsExperience working in a dynamic work environment to include managing multiple priorities.Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
