Business Services Representative (Full-Time & Steady Extra) at Wynn Resorts

The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors.Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package RoomSort organize and distribute incoming mail and packages as well as prepare and process outgoing mail for deliveryPerforms general clerical duties including photocopying faxing scanning and filingPolitely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure.  Demonstrates Wynns core values when interacting guestsCommunicates in a friendly respectful and understandable mannerResolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to managementPerform all other job-related duties as requestedQualifications :  Prior experience in retail salesPrevious experience with mail/shipping processes.
