Berkley Technology Services: Right Team Right Technology Simple and Secure.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in the finance sector particularly in insurance actuarial and claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crossing business domains and a strong mix of technical aptitude including proficiency in Python. This role involves designing and implementing RPA solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across multiple domains including insurance actuarial and claims.Lead the design and architecture of complex automation projects ensuring scalability maintainability and alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs process flows and user guides.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members.Leverage RPA tools (UiPath Power Automate) and Python scripting for advanced automation tasks.Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and security requirements.Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions.Drive innovation through reusable components and best-practice solution design.QualificationsProven experience successfully implementing data solutionsSolid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation and software development.Understanding of Data WarehouseBachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or equivalent experience.
