Business Support Services Staff AnalystCompany:Boeing Distribution Inc.Boeing Global Services Distribution Business is looking for a Business Support Services Staff Analyst to join our team in Dallas Texas.Position Responsibilities:Support product managements contractual requirements and supplier collaboration to meet key performance expectations as defined in distribution agreements and/or SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations and Planning)Generate and distribute supplier reportsGather review data to identify risk and opportunitiesSystem Creation of a Material Record or Shell RecordSupports product line manager with quarterly business review; ability to create charts analytics data collectionSupport product line manager with reconciling open orders backlog management quality escapesCollaboration with functional and operational teams within the business to clear supplier AP rebates or warranty claims are reconciled.Support return authorization or manual allocationsAssist in monthly / weekly RAIL activities with suppliersSupport program and functional teams with customer responsivenessSupport price catalog updates and ensure system is updatedBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of related work experienceExperience analyzing and effectively summarizing vast amounts of dataExperience Developing/Maintaining relationships internally and with external customersAbility to define problems develop metrics and work with product line manager to identify areas of risk or opportunitiesProficient with various inter-relational software programs (i.e. MS Excel MS Word MS Access)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree in business administration or related field3 years of experience working within the aviation industryAbility to read analyze and understand market analysisTravel:This position may require traveling up to 20% of the time.Drug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
