Extensive experience developing comprehensive business process documentation including use cases process flows screen mock-ups and data dictionaries ensuring clear communication and precise system design. Highly skilled in creating detailed test plans and test cases and executing functional system and regression testing with strong requirement-to-test-case coverage mapping. Strong analytical abilities to identify and document application defects track issues through resolution and perform retesting to validate system fixes and ensure overall quality. Solid background supporting business applications in a help-desk/user-support environment providing guidance troubleshooting and timely resolution of user-reported issues.
