Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (SDLC UAT Case Management 8 yrs exp) Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local Candidates only) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Mandatory Qualifications Extensive experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. Strong understanding of business analysis knowledge areas activities and tasks. Proven experience participating in software development reviews and providing guidance to team members on analysis design and testing. Experience performing or supporting unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing. Strong ability to plan organize and manage multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with IT teams business stakeholders and clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing case management systems. Experience working with Jira project management software. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system design testing and implementation activities. Participate in design and code review sessions offering insights to improve system quality and functionality. Conduct or support unit testing system testing and UAT efforts. Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and test plans. Communicate project updates issues and risks to stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis and development lifecycle.
