Business Systems Analyst Workday / Oracle (Enterprise Applications) Location: Houston TX 77024 Type: Contract Experience: 36 yearsOverview Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR payroll finance and supply chain applications across a large healthcare environment. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional specifications optimizing enterprise workflows and ensuring smooth system operations.ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements; develop functional specifications and configuration documentation.Support configuration unit testing UAT and deployment for HR payroll timekeeping and finance modules.Troubleshoot production issues related to payroll staffing scheduling and procure-to-pay processes.Implement system enhancements with an emphasis on healthcare compliance auditability and quality controls.Collaborate with HR Finance and Supply Chain teams; maintain change logs runbooks and related documentation.Required QualificationsHands-on experience with Workday and/or Oracle ERP applications (HCM Payroll Financials).Minimum 3 years supporting large-scale ERP systems in a hospital or enterprise environment.Strong understanding of HR payroll timekeeping staffing scheduling and procurement processes.Experience with testing (unit/UAT) data conversions integrations and change management.Tools & TechnologiesWorkday HCM / Time TrackingOracle EBS / PeopleSoft (as applicable)Middleware platforms (e.g. Dell Boomi MuleSoft preferred)Excel ServiceNowSQL for data validation and analysisFor more details reach at AboutNavitas Healthcare LLCcertified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
