Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Philadelphia PA Duration: 06 Months Job Description In this role the Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs document system requirements and support the design and enhancement of web applications dashboards and insurance system workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis skills using BigQuery can translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation and is comfortable working with front-end developers product owners and business teams. They will support UAT lead requirement gathering sessions and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical feasibility. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Define and document data transformation mapping requirements and sample SQL/BigQuery queries for reporting analytics and validation. Create front-end mockups dashboard layouts and wireframes to communicate data findings and business insights. Partner with front-end/UI developers to validate usability design and performance alignment with business expectations. Participate in API design discussions and support integrations across systems. Conduct business process mapping gap analysis and impact assessments within health insurance workflows. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing test cases validating system behavior and tracking defects. Serve as the liaison between business teams and IT clarifying requirements and ensuring technical feasibility.
