You will become part of a dedicated team that processes business tax returns and payments. As a member of this team your core responsibilities will be to research business tax exception payments resolve misdirected items prepare and process the paper business tax return and communicate by phone or correspondence with business taxpayers to ensure the timely and accurate processing of their return and payments. Experience working in a time-sensitive production environment requiring quick turnaround to meet critical deadlines. Experience using a PC to navigate multiple systems to research data. Experience working independently and making judgements as to the correct action to take. Demonstrated ability to follow procedures. Experience communicating verbally and in writing. Anticipated hiring range is commensurate with experience up to $38834.00. This position is located in Richmond VA at our Westmoreland Street location. This position is not eligible for telework.
