Business Value Consultants play a critical role in translating the technical capabilities of Stripe products into a strategic value for a customer. We help drive meaningful business outcomes and accelerate decision-making through a consultative approach that aims to build investment confidence and elevate CxO conversations.What youll doOur Business Value Consulting team partners closely with our Go-to-market teams and Enterprise users to articulate the strategic value Stripe will provide for our users businesses. Value Consultants develop methodologies to measure the financial strategic and operations benefits Stripe provides and leverage those to develop value propositions business cases and ROI justifications for our users.ResponsibilitiesBuild compelling business case presentations and ROI (Return on Investment) analyses aimed at accelerating justifying and/or expanding sales opportunitiesCreate ROI tools for sales and customers for joint business casingCraft high-impact executive level narrative and presentations for CxOs while working cross functionally with our Sales and Presales teamsConduct and facilitate internal and external research around customers business market/industry/functional trends and business value analysisBuild strong relationships with regional sales leaders to be a key driver on strategic account planning and engagementsCreate assets for internal teams to leverage to articulate and measure the value of Stripe and deliver high-level business value impact in a consistent wayContribute to the creation and management of library assets including value frameworks and other sales and value capture assets to help scale the teams reach across the organization.Provide thought leadership training and consultative partnering with internal sales and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycleWho you areWere looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement.Minimum requirements10 years of experience in management consulting business value consulting strategic finance or similar rolesProven track record of building ROI models business cases and executive presentationsStrong financial acumen with expertise in value metrics cost-benefit analysis and financial modelingExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executivesExperience working cross-functionally with sales presales product and customer success teamsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detailSelf-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred qualificationsExperience in the technology SaaS or fintech industryBackground in payments financial services or digital commerceMBA or advanced degree in Business Finance Economics or related fieldTrack record of developing scalable frameworks and methodologiesUnderstanding of value selling methodologies and sales processes Key Skills Compliance Management,Customer Retention,Quality Assurance,Customer Service,Extensive Knowledge,Account Management,Front Office,Telephone Calls,Needs Analysis,Cold calls,Business Relationships,Customer Complaints,Sales Goals,Sales Process,New Clients Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
