Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Butcher and Hotline CookWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher and Hotline Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for meat preparation and customer service, we invite you to become a vital part of our dynamic kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards at our commissary kitchen for catering unit and our other 3 restaurant locations to ensuring quality and presentation- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station and storage areas- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of meat products- Cook and serve food items promptly on the hotline, ensuring consistency and quality- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during operation hoursSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred- Previous experience in a hotline or line cook role is advantageous- Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsJoining our team means becoming part of a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and a positive work environment.
