Job Description
The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator reports to the Senior Manufacturing Buyer and VP of Operations and is responsible for managing supplier logistics, material planning, inventory control, and procurement support within the manufacturing unit. This role drives supply chain optimization, vendor performance management, and logistics efficiency to ensure on-time material availability and seamless production support. The position also provides key support to procurement analysts in supplier management and material flow processes. Qualifications: Experience in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, or production planning in a manufacturing or warehouse environment ; experience with imported goods strongly preferred. Analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) . Communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills . Proven ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and perform under tight deadlines . Excellent organizational and time management skills . Working knowledge of ERP inventory and material planning systems (Epicor preferred) . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education and Experience: Associate degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred). Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
