Cabin Cleaner at Westgate Resorts

Whether your guest is returning from the theme parks after a long day or hiking the trails of the Smoky Mountains their vacation starts and ends with you. As a Cabin Cleaner you will:Greet all guests owners and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on propertyHandle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner ensuring all rooms are clean sanitized and presentableRegularly check and maintain cleaning equipmentUse appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest roomsNotify superiors of any damage defects or disturbances within roomsProvide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalismRespect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all timesAdhere to hotel/resort standards protocols and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulationsTo excel in this role you must embody our core values of integrity passion and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment.Qualifications : Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required.
