We are looking for someone with a strong background in custom cabinetry installation, detailed finish trim work, and countertop installation.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience installing custom cabinets, built-ins, and millworkStrong skills in finish trim carpentry, including casing, base, crown, scribe, and detailed fit-and-finish workExperience installing a variety of countertop materialsThe ability to lead or assist with full project installations from start to finishExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make jobsite adjustments with precisionA commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalismReliability, punctuality, and strong communication skillsResponsibilities include:Installing custom cabinetry, trim, moldings, and millwork to exact specificationsSetting and securing countertops and ensuring proper alignment and fitReading and interpreting shop drawings and field measurementsEnsuring finished installations meet company quality standardsWorking professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team membersA strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship are essential for this role.
