We are looking for an experienced painter/finisher with a strong background in woodworking, wood preparation, and professional finishing techniques.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in cabinet or furniture painting/finishingStrong knowledge of wood preparation, priming, staining, and sealingExperience using spray guns and other finishing equipmentThe ability to match colors, apply smooth and consistent finishes, and maintain quality standardsResponsibilities include:Sanding, prepping, and conditioning wood surfaces for painting and stainingApplying primer, paints, stains, and topcoats using spray equipment and hand-finishing methodsEnsuring consistent color and finish quality across all componentsMaintaining a clean, organized finishing area and properly caring for spray/finishing equipmentA strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professional finishing standards is essential.
