Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionMSG is seeking a Structural CAD Technician to support our transportation team in Monroe, Michigan. An education and general experience in Civil Engineering as well as AutoCAD / Civil 3D and Microstation platforms is required. Candidates must have organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and to multi-task and be flexible while working in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Assistance in both CAD Platforms and multiple business sectorsCAD / drafting for engineering support to produce detailed plans ready for constructionEmphasis will be on bridge and structures but may also include various other civil site design projects.Project assignments will predominately be from Michigan and Ohio, with additional other state assignments possible.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microstation.Ability to stay organized and maintain accountability of project documentation.Understanding or willingness to learn about client deadlines and requirements.BenefitsMSG prides itself on offering a very rich benefit package to our employees.  Our medical, dental and vision plans are available to all full-time and part-time with benefits employees, with no penalty for enrolling dependents.
