CAE Optimization Engineer at eShocan LLC

This role supports the design team across multiple domains - NVH crash durability and manufacturing-by applying advanced CAE optimization techniques to reduce mass enhance performance and guide design decisions. Youll contribute to both current and future vehicle platforms. Responsibilities: Set up and execute structural optimizations (design space constraints objectives etc.) Interpret results and propose manufacturable solutions Perform subsystem and full-vehicle level optimization (stiffness stress mass) Apply multi-domain and multi-material optimization strategies Use tools like OptiStruct NASTRAN Hyperworks BetaCAE Collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance across attributes Provide design guidance during concept phases Script in Python or TCL (a plus) Candidate Profile: Bachelors (or higher) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience with 1 2 years in optimization Strong FEA fundamentals and CAE optimization knowledge Familiar with OptiStruct/NASTRAN Hyperworks BetaCAE Enthusiastic quick learner problem solver and team collaborator Performance assessed via task-based evaluations Key Skills Automotive,Atl,Architectural Design,HAAD RN,Jboss,Accident Investigation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
