Prepare and serve high-quality coffee tea and other beverages in accordance with GIGI Cafés recipes and brand standards.Provide friendly attentive and personalized service to all guests creating a welcoming and positive café experience.Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked workspace ensuring all equipment is properly operated and maintained.Assist with opening and closing duties including setup cleaning and restocking supplies.Support team members by collaborating and communicating effectively to ensure smooth café operations during all shifts.Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally escalating any concerns to the Restaurant Manager as needed.Adhere strictly to all health safety and food hygiene standards and policies.Participate actively in training sessions and skill development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service quality.Assist with inventory management including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering open communication.Complete all required daily reports and checklists accurately and on time.Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or supervisor to support the success of the café.We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
