JOB DESCRIPTION

Infuse Hospitality is a growing hospitality company known for creating thoughtful food, beverage, and guest experience programs inside hotels, offices, and lifestyle-driven spaces across the country. At TWYNE inside LUMA Hotel, we bring elevated café service, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community to every guest interaction.

We're looking for a hands-on Café Supervisor who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and genuinely enjoys being on the floor with their team.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  1. Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
  2. Open and close the café, ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Team Management

  1. Assist with staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise café staff.
  3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  4. Resolve staff conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Inventory & Ordering

  1. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product counts.
  2. Assist with placing and managing orders tied to food truck and production needs.
  3. Support cost awareness and minimize waste through strong organization.

Customer Service & Guest Experience

  1. Ensure consistently high-quality guest service.
  2. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain a warm, welcoming, and clean environment for hotel guests and café customers.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for both TWYNE and Infuse Hospitality.

Quality Control

  1. Monitor food and beverage preparation for consistency and presentation.
  2. Ensure menu items are executed accurately and served in a timely manner.
  3. Uphold café policies, service standards, and brand expectations.
Who You Are
  1. A proven leader with previous supervisor experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
  2. Experienced in coffee service and comfortable working behind the bar.
  3. Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
  4. Confident managing people, priorities, and guest expectations simultaneously.
  5. A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  6. Passionate about hospitality, consistency, and building strong team culture.
Additional Details
  1. Weekends are required
  2. No late nights
  3. Full-time position
  4. On-site, in-person role
  5. Coffee experience preferred
