Cafeteria Worker - Temp to HireThe cafeteria worker will receive daily instruction from the Lead Cook on the tasks in which to complete for the day. This position requires 3 years of experience working in a professional commercial kitchen. Perform duties assigned by cook including standing for long periods of time and lifting 35 lbs without assistanceRequired to operate all commercial equipment in kitchen including convection ovens mixers food processor meat slicer and microwave and maintaining daily production recordsEngaging in all clean as assigned by cook working with various household and industrial cleaners such as chlorine bleach grease cutters oven cleaners and sanitizerMust maintain high standards of work habits sanitation and safety including keeping hair restrained at all times when working with food and wearing vinyl or plastic gloves while handling foodMust understand oral and written instructionMust demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality and deal courteously with the students staff parents and public as well as maintaining an effective working relationship with other employees behaving in a manner that maintains a respectful work environmentMust attend all food service meetings and participates in the in-service training programs as scheduled by the departmentRequired Experience:Contract Key Skills Load & Unload,Shipping & Receiving,Mac Os,Forklift,Freight Experience,Lift Truck Experience,Basic Math,Tanker Experience,Warehouse Experience,Commercial Driving,Driving,Heavy Lifting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
