Our Intake Coordinator provides these potential clients with an exceptional experience by combining professionalism, empathy, and the ability to identify their legal needs.Key Responsibilities:Review and assign new business intakeScreen phone calls before scheduling consultations with attorneysMonitor and follow up on all inquiries (phone, email, internet, referrals)Build immediate rapport with potential clientsConduct follow-ups on pending leadsMaintain accurate logs and tracking systemsConduct client interviews with genuine empathy and compassionSchedule consultations and assist with the intake processTake accurate notes during attorney-client consultationsCollaborate with attorneys to complete the intake processYou Excel in This Role If You:• Convey confidence and warmth on the phone• Set the tone and pace for the call• Show empathy and help clients feel at ease during difficult conversations• Treat a Friday afternoon call with the same care as one on Monday morning• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask• Have inbound sales or call center experience (preferred)What you bring to the team 2 or more years of customer service or sales experienceCall center experience a plus1 or more years of experience in a law firm1 or more years as an intake coordinatorSalesforce experience is a plusCase management software experience is a major plusBilingual Spanish-speaking is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsBasic understanding of administrative procedures and office systemsProficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new programsPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an intake coordinator to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerProlonged periods of talking and listening on the phoneMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.• Typical business office environment• Must be able to share workspace, attend meetings, and meet deadlines• Business attire required• Must have the ability to work from our Denver or Englewood officeMust have the ability to come to our Denver or Englewood office.Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly WagePIa5386dcde49b-2768
