JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in scheduling, communication, and overall customer satisfaction.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Coordinate scheduling details with technicians and dispatch
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems
Process payments and invoices as needed
Focus on customer lifecycle and experience
Apply strong sales acumen to convert inbound leads and drive outbound sales calls
Achieve established monthly sales targets
What you'll Bring:
Customer service or call center experience preferred
HVAC or home services experience is a plus (training provided)
Proven Inbound and outbound Sales Skills
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable with phones, computers, and scheduling software
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
