At Eagle Bend Manufacturing our Virtual Call Center Representatives play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Eagle Bend Manufacturing.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.Document and update customer records with detailed notes.Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and satisfaction.Meet and exceed call center performance metrics and targets.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
