Day Camp Supervisor 2026The Day Camp Supervisoris a part-time summer position working directly under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor. The Day Camp Supervisor is responsible for a variety of duties including maintaining good communication with parents and campers supervision and leadership of their camp site and planning sports day activities. *This is a 2026 Summer Seasonal Position *Qualifications:Minimum of 18 years of age (as of June 1 2026). Experience working with children and in a summer cap setting preferred. Must feel comfortable leading group activities with children grades 3-8.Hours:This camp runs approximately 8:30am 4pm. Camps start in June and run through August. The exact dates will be specified in the following weeks. No absences are granted for this 8 week program. Camp training is mandatory and will begin as early as June 2 2026.Salary:$17.50 - $22.50 depending on experienceBenefitsFreeFitness Center pass for employees who work 8 hours or more per week along with other discounts towards Park District programs.
