Campaign Coordinator, Advanced TV at Active Media Services

OverviewThis position works with the Associate Media Director Account Directors and Traffic Supervisor in the Unwired Media department to provide support on accounts from inception to completion.ResponsibilitiesSets up estimates in Media Ocean with proper campaign detailsVerify and maintain billing address/special billing instructions in PeopleSoftLiaises with Account Directors to send proposals to client with all pertinent documentationPulls all final reports and reviews for accuracyEnsures all orders are processed and confirmed by buying team prior to start of campaignReconciles final client and vendor billing packets on a monthly basis in accordance with deadlinesReviews weekly posts for assigned clients; verifies schedules are posting in accordance with client guidelines and reports findings to Buying TeamValidate and upload final monthly campaign lineups to Nielsen portalInput final Nielsen posted totals into UW platformPrepares and reviews client post-buy analyses for accuracyWorks on ad hoc projects as neededWork directly with Traffic Supervisor to assist with Trafficking for clients as neededManage traffic deadlines create traffic instructions and ensure delivery of materials and scheduling information to broadcast media outletsProvide traffic instructions and materials to broadcast media outlets for program schedules and media buysAct as mediator between the traffic house and station by managing station requestsField calls and emails from stations and buyers relating to missing copy/instructionsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory duties.QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience1 years of related experience preferred preferably in media-related or administrative capacity Proficiency in Excel and Word requiredProficiency in PowerPoint and Media Buying software a plusAbility to effectively navigate the Internet preferredTravelThis position does not require regularly scheduled travel.Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.The salary for this role is $46000. The successful candidates salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position market considerations budgetary considerations geography as well as the candidates skill set level of experience and qualifications.
