Reports to: Director of Security/ Director of OperationsRole Duration: Seasonal Part-Time starting in February 2026Job DescriptionThe Campus Events & Operations Team Member assists with the daily functions of the school campus focusing on evening activities athletic events and after-hours facility needs. This role helps with event setup and cleanup provides support during campus programs and sports events and ensures buildings are secured and ready at the end of activities. The ideal candidate is dependable professional service-minded and dedicated to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students families and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with event preparation including moving tables chairs equipment and signage as needed.Support athletic and community events by greeting guests directing foot traffic and assisting customers.Monitor campus activity to ensure an organized safe and respectful environment.Perform end-of-day lock-up procedures including securing doors gates and buildings.Conduct walk-through checks of facilities to identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.Coordinate with the Facilities and Security teams regarding event logistics and campus needs.Maintain clean orderly and event-ready spaces before and after use.Communicate clearly and professionally with staff coaches visitors and outside vendors.Other duties as assigned to support campus operations.QualificationsPrevious experience in campus operations event support facilities or security is preferred but not required.Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds (tables chairs event materials etc.).Strong communication and customer service skills.Reliable punctual and able to work independently.Ability to work evenings occasional weekends and flexible schedules based on school events.Able to drive to our Johns Island Location for sports eventsPersonal QualitiesTeam-oriented and dependableCalm professional presence with students and adultsStrong attention to detail and care for the campus environmentPositive and solutions-focused attitudeInterested candidates are required to submit an official application through Ashley Halls website at to be considered for the position.
