Pharmacy Operations Manager Home Infusion at Ridgemont Resources

Seeking experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader for Home Infusion Pharmacy in Sonoma County.Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy the Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee pharmacy operations with ultimate responsibility for achieving financial quality and service goals. Responsible for cost effective efficient and safe pharmacy department management as well as the safe and effective use of medications for all patients and clients served while remaining compliant with all applicable State and Federal regulations professional practice and accreditation standards.If you have excellent organizational problem solving planning collaboration and leadership skills along with the experiences below we would love to talk with you!Requirements:Pharm D Degree and Active CA license to practice pharmacyAt least FOUR years of supervisory experience in pharmacyAt least TWO years of experience in a home infusion setting including sterile compounding operations (USP <797> <800>) and applicable quality standards.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and to develop relationships.Strong knowledge and experiential base in clinical practice.Working knowledge of pharmacy laws as they pertain to legal prescriptions dispensing of drugs and pharmacist responsibilities.Strong working knowledge and experiential base in pharmacy practice operations and systems.A full job description will be provided to qualified candidates.
