As a Canvasser, you’ll engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads, and promote Aspen’s services.If you thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced environment and want a career with high earning potential, this could be a great fit! Key ResponsibilitiesConduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for the sales team. Distribute marketing materials and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter services.Represent Aspen Contracting at trade shows, home shows, and local events.Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a great customer experience.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEnthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people and building connections. Reliable and self-motivated candidates who can walk 3-5 miles daily.Strong communicators with a persuasive yet respectful approach.Applicants with reliable transportation to and from work sites.BenefitsBase Pay: $17 per hour + uncapped commissions. Flexible Schedules: Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available.Training & Growth: Learn from industry experts and advance within the company.Healthcare Coverage: Eligible after 60 days of employment.401K Plan: Available after one year of service.Housing Assistance: For employees working outside their home area.
