Job Description

Capital Formation Lead

Emerging Markets Fund of Funds

About Us

We are an emerging markets fund of funds built on a simple belief. The next generation of global wealth creation will not come from the same old places. Our team has lived in the markets we invest in. We have grown up in the cities that went from anonymous to world class. We have seen what happens when capital meets talent at the right moment.

Fund One is forty million and already proving the thesis. Fund Two is targeted at one hundred million. The pace is real. The opportunity is bigger.

We are now building the capital formation engine that will carry us into the next stage of scale.

This is where you come in.

The Role

You will take the lead on raising capital across family offices and RIA channels. You will help write the story and deliver it to the people who need to hear it. You will run point on outreach, meetings, diligence, and long term relationship building. You will help create a repeatable, credible path to future funds. You will operate directly with the Managing Partner and help shape how this firm grows.

This is not a role for someone who needs layers of support. This is a role for someone who can run their own game and enjoys the early stage. It is a role with meaningful long term upside for the right person.

What You Will Own Capital Raising
  • Build the pipeline.
  • Drive the outreach.
  • Lead conversations with family offices, RIAs, and private allocators.
  • Move prospects from interest to understanding to commitment.
  • Help create the fundraising materials and refine the pitch as we go.
Relationship Development
  • Become the trusted voice for the firm.
  • Manage all phases of LP communication from introduction to close and beyond.
  • Help expand our network into new family offices, RIA groups, wealth platforms, and UHNW investors.
Fundraising Infrastructure
  • Create the internal systems that make fundraising repeatable.
  • Manage CRM and investor tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain all investor materials and reporting.
  • Help coordinate subscription documents, diligence items, onboarding, and communication.
Firm Building
  • Work side by side with the Managing Partner.
  • Contribute to narrative, positioning, market strategy, and the story we tell.
  • Support the buildout of the fundraising structure for Fund Two and future funds.
What Success Looks Like First three months
  • A clear map of the FO and RIA landscape
  • A functioning outreach rhythm
  • A refined pitch that fits the way you communicate
Six months
  • A live pipeline of qualified family offices and RIAs
  • Active LP conversations
Twelve months
  • Closed commitments sourced through your efforts
  • Repeatable systems in place
  • A clear path to help scale the next fund
What You Bring
  • Experience raising capital or selling investment products to family offices or RIAs
  • A real network or the ability to build one quickly
  • Strong communication with the ability to anchor a room
  • Comfort working in an unstructured, founder-led environment
  • Pride in being organized and accountable without being managed
  • Interest in global markets and the story behind emerging market growth

If you have raised money before, great.

If you have not but understand how to sell to sophisticated investors and have a strong point of view, we will know it right away.

Compensation
  • Flexible base or stipend plus meaningful carry that reflects the long term scale of the firm.
  • This is designed for someone who wants ownership and upside, not a standard corporate package.
Why This Role Matters
  • Emerging markets are entering a moment of acceleration.
  • Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is everywhere.
  • Capital is not.

You will play a direct role in bridging that gap. You will help expand the global venture ecosystem in a way that is rare. You will help shape a fund that is small today and will not stay small for long.

If you want a front seat in a growing investment platform with a real mission, this is it.
