Capital Markets Associate at Rocket Mortgage

As the Capital Markets Associate youll support the head of capital markets and act as the main point of contact to capital partners. Youll prepare reports schedule meetings and answer inquiries.About the roleBuild and manage strong relationships with current partnersServe as the main point of contact between capital partners and the business and provide transparent reliable and consistent communicationKeep stakeholders up to date regarding portfolio activity and reportingCreate and distribute financial reports and underwriting memosLead planning and preparation for annual meetings and capital partner conferencesBrand management (IR boxes holiday gifts etc.)Process and distribute a high volume of internal and external mail email and voicemail Organize and record financial transactions and data Organize schedule and prioritize meeting requests by working proactively to mitigate scheduling conflicts Conduct research compile data and prepare drafts of team meeting proposals presentations and emails for presentation by executive leaders Make decisions on matters of significance on behalf of the leader Review inquires directed to their executive leader and determine the proper course of action to complete the request or complete the request on behalf of their leader About youMinimum Qualifications 3 years of experience in investing or supporting investing operations 1 year of experience creating financial reportsAdvanced knowledge of the business areaSome experience managing initiatives Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience in investing or supporting investing operationsBachelors degree in finance business or equivalent experience or a willingness to learn and take CFA Level 1 examUnderstanding of project/program development and implementation Understanding of the strategic goal of the business area in relation to the overall organization What youll getOur team members fuel our strategy innovation and growth so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you but your family too!
