The role also involves learning all aspects of the car wash operation and following standard procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone can develop leadership skills.Maintain a positive customer-focused workplace that is hospitable fun and growth-oriented.Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options selling membership plans and wash packages to suit their needs.Ensure a smooth experience by safely guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel maintaining a friendly and professional approach.Take pride in keeping the entire facility spotless!
