Our Opportunity:Card Writersare responsible for creating and reviewing all handwritten card campaigns. This role will entail Wow-ing our pet-parent customers with stellar attention to detail and passion for quality control. Our Team Members are committed to providing an incredible customer experience.At Chewy youll be part of a team of an energetic positive and committed team of Chewtopians that take pride in putting our customers first. We engage with our pet families wowing them through various initiatives and sending handwritten cards.Schedule: 4:3-pm-3amWhat Youll Do:Operating standard office equipment such as printers laptops/computers and scannersReading and transcribing cards and envelopesReviewing editing stuffing sealing and stamping cards and envelopes (i.e. Birthday Holiday etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely deliveryCounting and placing mailing trays into sleeves prior to shipment to customersTracking checking and ensuring quality on all written cardsStocking pulling and recording inventory as neededEntering data into Excel spreadsheetsRecording and correcting customer cards with incorrect/missing information and/or damagesBreaking down boxes and other materialsEnsuring customer information is accounted for and disposed of properlyWhat Youll Need:Strong attention to detailAbility to multitaskMust be able to perform and comprehend basic arithmeticExperience in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills in the English languageStrong interpersonal skills to interact with othersAble to sit or stand stoop reach and use hands for extended periods of timeAble to lift weights of up to 10-30lbs and reach periodically throughout the dayAble to push and pull weights of up to 150lbsMust be able to operate all standard office equipment Key Skills Forklift,Calipers,Basic Math,Heavy Equipment Operation,Math,Packaging,Mechanical Knowledge,Paving,Fireworks,Clamp Truck,Excavator,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
