There are an average of 5-13 patients per shift. Coverage need is immediate, and only providers with an active WA license will be considered at this time. The schedule consists of seven consecutive days of inpatient coverage, one week per month, with shifts running from Tuesday 7:00 a.m. to the following Tuesday 7:00 a.m., and the scheduled week may vary. Night call is required and will likely result in the provider being called back into the facility.
