Cardiology Physician at Tandym Health

A community-based healthcare practice in Hartford County, Connecticut, is currently seeking a licensed Cardiologist for a promising position with their growing team.

About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
• Setting: Outpatient unless on call (will see inpatient consults in the hospital)
• Call: 1:5

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of non-invasive Cardiology procedures
• Handle Echocardiography and Stress Echo testing
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
• Review the patient's history and perform a physical examination
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care for disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system
• Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted CT medical license
• Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology (MD/DO)
• DEA / BLS / ACLS
