The role is fully clinical, with a focus on moderately complex to complex cardiac pathologies, continuity of care, and preventive strategies for an elderly patient population. - Practice includes vascular and TEE studies. All stress testing is conducted using exercise or dobutamine stress echo. Nuclear stress tests and Coronary CTA are referred to local radiology centers.- The Jacksonville team consists of approximately 20 MDs/DOs and 16 NP/PAs- Typically 1.5 Medical Assistants per practitionerQualifications:- BC or BE (ABMS or AOA) in Cardiovascular Disease preferred- BC in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular ultrasound (RPVI) preferred- Fully engaged in the concept of the "Integrated team-based care" model- Willingness to drive between 2-4 centers in a personal vehicle; Mileage Reimbursement is provided
