Job SummaryOur organization is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedCare Manager Supervisorto join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the initial review, triage, and assignment of patients to case managers, as well as coordinating all systems and services required for an organized, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care approach.The successful candidate will ensure quality, cost-effective care for the identified patient population, supervise staff in the department, and act as a resource and role model for staff members.
