Job Description

DescriptionThis position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations sales territories and district management. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (HRIS) applicant tracking system (ATS) and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and business relationships.ResponsibilitiesSupport talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees navigating Company resources and processesSupport performance management training and corrective action programsManage communications and sales project support for DistrictMaintain accurate data and records within HRIS ATS timekeeping system and document repositoriesGather and report data with useful metricsOther administrative functions as required including scheduling meetings ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment coordinating travel and ad hoc reportingQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have at least a High School diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel Power Point Teams and/or Outlook)Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service positionHave an associate degree or higher in Business Business Management or Human ResourcesHave prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATSHave prior work experience maintaining and analyzing dataHave prior work experience using timekeeping systemsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills IT Help Desk,Academics,Jpa,Arabic Faculty,Home Care,CPA Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
