As a CARE Team Leader youll ensure the team delivers on our goal to show genuine care for our field partner and consumers through the work that we do within the Life Insurance and Disability vertical. Your team is highly motivated and empowered to take ownership and accountability for each interaction by proactively seeking to understand the individuals behind the work keep our field partners and consumers informed during every step of their request demonstrate genuine care and actively engage with our field partners to create meaningful and unexpected experiences.
