Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform data entry with precision and consistency.
- Maintain financial and administrative records for easy access and accuracy.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
