Both are smart playful and rambunctious thriving with someone who is consistent confident and able to provide structure while keeping the day fun.Our ideal caregiver respects cultural differences values socialization and enjoys engaging children in active outdoor activities like bike riding football and movement games. They benefit from someone who can follow their behavior plan read with them and create playful adventures while also supporting quieter moments with snacks creative projects and storytime.We are seeking a caregiver who is patient encouraging and confident able to meet the kids where they are provide consistency and foster socialization skill-building and joyful experiences every day.
