We are looking for a compassionate caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. This is located in Collinsville at shifts start at 4:00 PM-9:00 PM Monday-Saturday. Sunday is 4:00 PM-9:00 PMBenefitsResponsibilitiesProvide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eatingRemindclients to take prescribed medicationHelp with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)Assist with personal care and hygienePlan and prepare mealsComplete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do soPerform housekeeping dutiesReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessaryQualificationsEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodationsValid drivers license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts including nights and/or weekendsPrior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)Willingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a CaregiverTake pride in providing high quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)Bright Home Health is a family-owned business in the Tulsa Oklahoma area.
