MUST BE AVAILABLE WEDNESDAYS FRIDAYS SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS FOR 12 HOURSOKAY WITH DOGS (PITBULLS)OFFER HANDS ON CAREMUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATIONAbout usWe are professional agile and professional.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming- Help patients with mobility and transfers including lifting and positioning- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional supportSkills:- Ability to lift and move patients safely and with proper body mechanics- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred- Knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control protocols- Valid drivers license for transportation purposes- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients families and healthcare team members- Understanding of social work principles for providing holistic care to patients- Familiarity with dementia care practices and behavior management techniques- Previous experience in homecare or related fields is a plusNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
