We are looking for dedicated direct careprofessionalswho want to makea difference in the lives of the people we serve.The individual is a young male in need of a caregiver to provide personal support. Must be compassionate and outgoingwho will take him out to socialize and to community outings.This is an independent contract position and pays $15.25 an hour.Schedule: 12 hours per week flexible schedule morning or early afternoon preferred.You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you :Have a positiveoutlook and contagious energyDemonstrate patience and compassionResponsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivitiesMeal/snack preparationEnsuringindividualssafety and maintaining a safe living environmentPerforming light housekeeping tasksFacilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events community outings such as grocery shopping and appointmentsPromote communication choiceindependence and socializationComplete daily progress notes and EVV DataQualifications and SkillsValid drivers licenseMust be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background ScreeningProvide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.Have a High School diploma or equivalentAre 18 years of age or older Required Experience:Junior IC Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
