Position: Part Time CaretakerLocation: Bloomington MN Hours and pay: 3 - 15 hours per week cleaning common areas @ $15.97/hr Grounds/Weeding/Turns: $17.97/hr and Shoveling: $20/hr as neededAre you looking for a part-time job with flexible hours where you can make your own schedule Do you enjoy keeping things tidy and cleaning If so please apply for the Caretaker role at Metes & Bounds.You will work on-site at our property in Bloomington Minnesota and be responsible for completing light cleaning and upkeep of the property.Metes & Bounds Management Company founded in 1973 is a full-service property management company handling all aspects of property management to meet our clients need.
