This role ensures the proper handling of meat and equipment while providing excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Deliver exceptional customer care and service.Assist customers with inquiries and product selection.Operations:Produce various cuts of meat, sausages, and seasoned meats.Fill display cases with fresh and well-organized meat products.Handle equipment, including saws, slicers, and grinders, safely and efficiently.Receive and organize meat orders in refrigerators and display cases.Maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of the area, including display cases, sinks, traps, floors, and walls.Requirements:Qualifications and SkillsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience:Prior experience in meat handling is a plus but not required.Knowledge:Basic understanding of meat handling practices and safety protocols.Skills:Proficiency in cutting, deboning, grinding, chopping, marinating, and preparing meats.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.Attention to detail and cleanliness.Disclaimer:This job profile outlines key duties and qualifications for the role but is not exhaustive.
