Our dedication to a seriously great customer experience and continuous training will likely be different from previous jobs in a seriously awesome way.RequirementsTo meet our minimum requirements you must be:At least 18 years of age.A seasoned carpenter with at least 3 years of verifiable general carpentry experience preferably experience doing decks (trex) framing and siding (James Hardy siding).Experienced at leading a crew to successfully complete jobs on-time with top quality work and happy customers.Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job.Great at communicating with team members and customers.Excited to learn the Webfoot Way of doing business.Driven to lead a high-performing team.When you join our team youll receive serious pay and benefits including a starting wage of $29 - $38 per hour (depending on experience) with opportunity for commissions.
