We are in search of a hardworking self-motivated and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time year round opportunity to become a Measure Technician for Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country!Primary Responsibilities:- Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials- Provide installation solutions that match our customers expectations of a cost effective installed window replacement- Recognize situations that would impact customers expectations- Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation- Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards- Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniquesQualifications:- 2-3 years of carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience- 5 years of window and door experience- Window installation experience- Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages- Mechanical aptitude- A valid drivers license- Good organizational skills- Good computer skillsCompensation & Benefits- Competitive salary $50000-$54000 plus opportunity to earn a monthly bonus up to $3000!- $1200 vehicle stipend- 401K plan with company percentage- Full insurance package including medical dental vision and life- PTO - vacation time sick time and holiday pay Student Loan Repayment Program and Student Tuition Reimbursement- Access to Employee Perks ProgramIf this sounds like an exciting challenge to you apply now!
