This role involves leading special projects managing carrier data and ensuring operational efficiency in the carrier administration processEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate carrier documentation and updates for agency acquisitions and ownership changesCollaborate with M&A teams sales leadership and carriers to ensure proper documentation is submitted and processedTrack progress of requests and changes proactively communicating updates to internal stakeholdersComplete carrier documents accurately and request necessary signatures from agency principals or executive leadershipMaintain and update records of producer codes commission schedules and appointment detailsEnsure all documentation is stored in the companys document retention systemAttend meetings with sales operations and other departments to align on upcoming acquisitions or carrier requirementsProcess and track requests for adding new carriers working closely with sales leadership to gather needed informationEscalate issues to leadership when appropriate and propose solutionsParticipate in special projects and contribute to continuous process improvement initiativesQualifications and Education Requirements2 - 5 years of experience in insurance agency or carrier operationsDemonstrated ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational time management and analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills and professional presence in meetingsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal database systemsOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
